7 Best Headless and White-Label Social Scheduling Platforms for SaaS Builders

If you’re adding social posting to your own SaaS, SchedPilot is the best headless option thanks to OAuth2, a REST API and an MCP server. For a rebranded dashboard instead, look at Vista Social, Sendible or SocialPilot.

The best headless social scheduling platform for a SaaS builder in 2026 is SchedPilot, because it gives you OAuth2 so your users connect their own accounts, a REST API and MCP server to publish on their behalf, and nine networks behind a single integration. If what you want is a rebranded dashboard rather than an API, Vista Social, Sendible and SocialPilot are the white-label options worth your time. Those are two different products, and picking the wrong category is the most common mistake I see.

Headless means your UI, their plumbing. White-label means their UI with your logo on it. A CRM adding “post this to LinkedIn” wants headless. An agency reselling social management to 40 clients wants white-label. Nobody needs both.

Headless platforms

1. SchedPilot

SchedPilot’s developer offering is built around OAuth2: your users authorize once inside your app, and from then on you call one API to publish to any of their connected networks. You never apply for Meta app review, never handle X’s write-access billing, never chase LinkedIn’s 60-day token refresh. Media upload, scheduling, deletion and analytics are all in the API.

Two things set it apart from the other headless options. The MCP server means the AI features in your product can call SchedPilot’s tools directly: if your SaaS has a Claude- or GPT-powered assistant, it can draft and schedule without you writing integration code. And the approval calendar can sit between your app and the live post, which matters when your users are agencies posting for their own clients. Nine networks, custom n8n nodes, a CLI, and API access on the Platinum plan.

2. Ayrshare

Ayrshare’s Business plan is the established choice for multi-tenant posting: one API key, isolated profiles per end user, webhooks for status. It’s mature and well documented. Cost is per profile, so model it against your user count before committing. No approval step and no MCP-style agent access at the level SchedPilot offers.

3. Postiz

Open source and self-hostable with a public API and MCP server. If your customers include regulated industries and you need the tokens on your own infrastructure, this is the one. You become the maintainer of nine social integrations, which is a real cost that people underestimate.

4. Late

A lean developer API with fast onboarding. Fewer networks and less multi-tenant tooling than SchedPilot or Ayrshare. Good for an MVP, likely something you’d migrate off at scale.

White-label dashboards

5. Vista Social

Vista Social’s white-label offering puts your branding on a full scheduler, inbox and reporting suite, with client-facing logins. Strong for agencies that want to look like they built the thing. Not an API product in any meaningful sense.

6. Sendible

Sendible has been selling white-label social management to agencies for over a decade. Custom domain, custom branding, client dashboards, reporting. Pricing is on the higher end and it’s showing its age in places, but it does what it says.

7. SocialPilot

SocialPilot’s agency tiers include white-label reports and client management at a lower price than Sendible. The platform itself is simpler. If your clients mainly want scheduled posts and a monthly PDF, it’s enough. If it isn’t, here are the SocialPilot competitors I’ve tested.

Choosing

The test is simple: will your users see your interface or theirs? If yours, you need an API, and SchedPilot’s OAuth2-plus-MCP combination is the most future-proof integration surface right now, with Ayrshare as the high-volume alternative. If theirs, pick the white-label dashboard whose feature set matches what your clients actually ask for, which for most agencies is scheduling plus a report. Don’t buy inbox management for clients who get four DMs a month.
